All new students, kindergarten included, are required to pay a non-refundable registration fee with their application to the school. If for any reason the student is not accepted by the school, (NOT because the parent has changed their mind), the fee will be refunded.

TUITION PAYMENTS
Tuition payments are due on the 1st of each month. The first tuition payment is due August 1st. Payments are considered late after the 7th day of each month. A late fee of $10.00 will be assessed.
Multiple Child Discounts - beginning with the 2nd child - are figured in increments of $40/child (Sorry, no discounts for Kindergarteners):

IMPORTANT NOTES
Tuition is normally due over a period of 10 months (August - May).
12 month payment plans must include x2 pre-dated checks (for June & July) issued to GCS after Spring Break.
Four or more children attending may have additional discounts upon request.
Families delinquent on tuition a second month may not be allowed to have children continue at GCS without special permission until the account is current.

$10.00 per year - due at the beginning of the year. K-4 - 12th Grade.
TEXTBOOK FEES
This fee applies to all students except Kindergarten and is payable by semester. The actual amount of an individual student's fee will vary greatly according to grade level and number of USED books that can be obtained. **High School varies, depending on the courses taken by the individual student.** A separate paper and information will be sent out sometime in July.
