Grace Christian School (GCS) is fully qualified charitable organization under Section 501(C)(3) of the Internal Revenue code. Your tax deductible donations are used to offset our operating expenses and to give GCS the ability to keep tuition to a minimum. We also encourage gifting through estate planning. Your accountant, financial planner, or estate planner can give you more infromation in gifting to a 501(c)(3) organization.
Parents, grandparents, aunts and uncles are all encouraged to help support their student's future through education. Grace Christian School (GCS) is the perfect place to give a gift in honor of any student or individual. Contact the office manager at GCS for more information on Honor Gifting.
If you would like to make a monthly donation to Grace Christian, an Electronic Funds Transfer Authorization card can be obtained at the office of Grace Christian School. Please consult your Accountant or Tax Advisor when giving any donation.
Fundraisers
Grace Christian School spends less per sudent than the state of Mississippi, yet has far better results. However, tuition and fees pay for less than 80% of the actual cost of educating a student. The remainder must be made up through fundraisers and donations. As a parent, your active participation in fudraisers is essential to the school's financial well being.
We typically have three "Major" fundraising events each year - two between September and November and one in the spring. These funds go into our operating accounts to help cover operating expenses. Parents will receive specific information prior to each event. Smaller fundraisers may be done by a class or Eagles Wings Parent Orgainization with the funds raised designated for a particular purpose.
